摘 要:N型催化剂是新一代高效载体Z-N催化剂,与第一代Z-N催化剂相比,具有比表面积大、催化活性高等特点。以常见的α-烯烃单体为原料,N型催化剂为主催化剂,三乙基铝为助催化剂,通过两步本体聚合法制备聚α-烯烃减阻剂,利用减阻剂室内评价环道考察不同因素对聚合产物减阻性能的影响。结果表明:主催化剂用量和主助催化剂比例都存在最佳值,过大或过小都不利于高分子量聚α-烯烃的形成,进而导致其减阻增输性能下降;外给电子体CMMS的加量增加,聚合产物的增输率先上升后下降,同样存在最佳用量;在0℃反应温度条件下的本体聚合产物增输率最大。采用新型高效载体催化剂制备的聚α-烯烃减阻剂对油品的增输率为48%,不但提高了聚合产物的减阻性能,而且降低了减阻剂生产中的催化剂成本。N type catalyst is a kind of high-effect supported Z-N catalyst.Compared with the old Z-N catalyst,it has high specific surface area and high catalytic activity.A poly-ot-olefin was synthesized by two-stage bulk polymerization using a-olefins as monomer,the new Z-N catalyst,triethylaluminum as catalyst and co-catalyst.The performance of drag reducing agent was characterized by lab test set.The effect of several parameters on the performance of drag reducing agent was studied.The results show that the concentration of catalyst and the ratio of catalyst to co-catalyst exist optimum values.If they are not at optimum value,high molecular weight polymer will not be synthesized and the performance of the synthesized polymer will not be so good.Drag reducing performance of polymer firstly increases,then decreases with the increase of concentration of external electron(CMMS).The performance of drag reducing agent is highest when reaction temperature is at 0 ID.Poly-a-olefin' s flowrate increasing percent can reach to 48% when using new supported catalyst,and the performance of drag reducing agent is not only enhanced,but also catalyst cost is reduced when using the new catalyst.
