摘  要:辽河油田高升采油厂注水系统结垢腐蚀比较严重,基于注水水质的分析结果,开展了结垢趋势的理论预测,结果与该厂现场垢样的X射线衍射(XRD)分析结果一致:该厂注水系统中存在CaCO3和CaSO4的结垢趋势。分别对碳酸盐和硫酸盐的结垢机理和影响因素进行分析,指出温度的升高有利于碳酸盐垢的形成,压力的增加可以使CaCO3、MgCO3和CaSO4垢在水中的溶解度增大;pH值越高,形成碳酸盐垢的趋势越强,而对硫酸盐垢的形成基本无影响;两种垢的结垢趋势均随含盐量的增加而减弱;流速会影响注水中碳酸盐和硫酸盐在管道内表面的结垢过程。研究结论为高升采油厂解决结垢腐蚀问题提供了依据。Scaling corrosion in water injection system is very serious in Gaosheng Oil Production Plant of Liaohe Oilfield.Based on result of water quality analysis,theoretic prediction on the scaling tendency is developed,the result of which is consistent with that of X-Ray diffraction(XRD> for field scale sample.There is CaCOi and CaSO scaling tendency in the water injection system of Oil Production Plant.Based on mechanism analysis and influence factor in carbonate and sulphate scaling,it is pointed out that the raising temperature is in favor of the formation of carbonate scale,and raising pressure will increase the solubility of the scale of CaCOj.MgCOi.and CaSO4 in the water.The higher the pH value is.the stronger the tendency formed of carbonate scale is.but it does not impact on the formation of carbonate scaling.The tendency of the two kinds of scales decreases as the salt amount is increased.The flow rate will affect the scaling course of carbonate and sulfate in water in internal-surface of pipeline.The results provide a research foundation for eliminating scaling corrosion problem in Gaosheng Oil Production Plant.
