摘  要:国内关于大型储罐检测的法规和标准相对匮乏,且相关法规中未提出对储罐实施强制检验的要求。SY/T5921-2000、SY/T6620-2005和SHS01012-2004是储罐检验常用的3个基本标准,它们在适用范围、储罐检修/验周期、壁板厚度检测与评定要求、底板厚度检测与评定要求、顶板厚度检测与评定要求以及焊缝检测与评定等6个方面存在不同。相对而言,SY/T6620-2005比SY/T5921-2000更科学,但是从罐体受力和缺陷产生机理的角度分析,SY/T5921-2000对焊缝表面检测的要求比SY/T6620-2005的规定更符合实际;SHS01012-2004对于罐壁板、底板厚度的检测要求更加严格,但实用性和科学性则相对较差。在检测实践中,可以将3个标准结合起来使用。从总体上看,现存的标准在科学性、实用性和适用性等方面都存在局限性,有必要规范大型储罐的检测标准,建立和完善标准体系,确保储罐的安全运行。It is deficient in the regulations and standards about large-scale storage tank in China,and it is not presented that the large-scale storage tank is asked to be compulsively inspected.The three China Petroleum Standards.SYT5921-2000.SY T6620-2005 and SHS01012-2004.are usually used for storage tank inspection.There is some differentiae among those standards in the six aspects including scope of application,period of inspection,inspection and assessment requirements for thickness of shell plate,bottom plate,top plate and welds.SY T6620-2005 is relatively more scientific than SY T5921-2000.From stress analysis of tank body and mechanism analysis of defects formed.SY T5921-2000 is more reasonable than SY T6620-2005 in the requirements on inspection for welds surface.SHS01012-2004 is stricter in the thickness inspection require-ments in shell plate and bottom plate,but it is less practical and scientific.In the inspection practice-those standards can be used on the combination basis.In general,the current methods or standards have limitations in aspect of scientificity.practicability and applicability.To ensure large-scale storage tank safety in operation,it is necessary to standardize the inspection test criterions codes and establish and improve the standard system,
