对志书篇目框架第一层级的再认识

摘　　要：已出版的新方志在篇目结构第一层级的设置上存在失当之处,主要表现在四个方面:一是各地称谓不一;二是前后称谓不一;三是各出版社采用的称谓不一;四是同一出版社采用的称谓不一。志书框架是一个有机联系的整体,应该对志书篇目框架及第一层级称谓作出统一要求。基于对篇目框架科学性、逻辑性的再认识,第一层级应统一称"编"。其依据有三:一是字义的概念;二是章节体的逻辑性、严谨性、完整性;三是权威机构的指导意见。There are inappropriate setups in the first level of content structure among new local records already published,namely in four key areas:1.inconsistency in names used in different places;2.inconsistency in names used before and after;3.inconsistency in names used by different publishers;and 4.inconsistency in names used by the same publisher.Local records framework is an integral unity.There should be unified requirements for the content framework of local records and for the name of the first level.Based on the reconsiderations of the scientific and logical nature of content framework,the first level should be uniformly named as 'bian'.There are three reasons for this:1.literal meaning;2.the logical,precise,and complete nature of the style of chapters and sections;3.the directive opinions from authoritative organization.
