摘　　要：居家护理在日本已经普及,主要服务对象是老年人及身体残疾者,服务地点是家庭。由于日本有一系列的居家护理保障措施,使老年人及身体残疾者在自己的家里接受护理服务,安享晚年。We review the practice,organization and function of Japanese home health care.Home health care is popular in Japan.It primarily targets senior and physically handicapped population.The health care is financially supported by social health insurance and beneficial for the decent and healthy lives of senior and disabled residents.
