摘 要:测试性模型是进行电子设备测试性设计与分析的基础,因此,构造良好的测试性模型是进行测试性分析的关键;以混合诊断模型为基础,对测试性建模技术进行研究;首先,对混合诊断模型的诊断推理进行了研究,并在此基础上深入分析了功能和故障模式之间的故障率传递关系,实现功能和故障模式在同一相关性模型中建模;最后,利用混合诊断模型对某滤波电路进行测试性建模,并在eXpress软件中进行验证,获得该电路的测试性指标和诊断树;事实证明,混合诊断测试性建模是一种有效的测试性模型,将该模型应用于电子设备的诊断设计中是可行、有效的。The testability model is the foundation of the design and the analysis for testability of the electronic installation.Therefore,constructing a good testability model is the key of the analysis for testability.This article takes the hybrid diagnostic model as a foundation for the research of the testability modeling technology.Firstly,the diagnosis inference of the hybrid diagnostic model is researched and the transitive relation of failure rate between the function and the fault mode is analyzed based on the diagnosis inference,then the function and the fault mode are modeled in the identical dependency model.Finally,the filter circuit is modeled based on the hybrid diagnostic model,and the testability data and the diagnosis tree of the circuit are got through the validating of the eXpress software.It proves that the hybrid diagnostic model is an effective testability model,and applying this model in the diagnosis design of electronic installation is feasible and effective.
