摘 要:用于模拟火工品作动载荷的快速加载系统需要迅速、可靠、精准地传输数据,通过CAN总线可实现虚拟仪器开发软件Lab-Windows/CVI与DSP TMS320F28335之间高速、可靠的数据通信,这是快速加载系统完成加载控制任务的关键技术;LabWindows/CVI与DSP之间采用第三方CAN板卡实现通信的方案在实际的联机调试实验中获得了良好的控制效果,这种CAN通信方案可实现快速加载系统中上位机与下位机高速可靠的数据交换,提高了系统的整体可靠性,缩短了加载控制任务中的等待时间。As the data needs to be transmitted rapidly,reliably and accurately in simulating rapid loading system of initiating explosive device actuation loading,TMS320F28335 series DSP and the virtual instrument developing software LabWindows/CVI can be integrated to implement high speed and reliable data communication by CAN communication interface,which is the key technology in loading control of rapid loading system.The scheme how to connect and program the interface between LabWindows/CVI and DSP with a third party CAN card through an application was presented,also the practical online debugging results have proven good.Experiment result indicates that high speed and reliable upper and lower communication data communication for rapid loading system can be implemented by the CAN communication scheme,which greatly improves system reliability and shortens waiting time in loading control.
