北邮软件学院实现高就业率的基本途径

摘　　要：针对大学生就业形势日趋严峻的客观现实,在冷静分析主客观原因的基础上,本文就如何培养"高层次、实用型、国际化"软件人才和怎样实现应届大学毕业生高就业率等问题,对北京邮电大学软件学院在高水平师资队伍建设、高质量的理论教学、高标准的实践环节、高品位的素质教育及高效能的就业指导等方面的探索与实践进行了表述。从理论和实践的高度系统阐述了北京邮电大学软件学院本硕毕业生就业率连续六年达到100%的基本途径。Based on careful analysis of current difficulties in college students employment,this work examines issues of education of highly qualified,practical and internationalized professionals in software industry,as well as access to high employment rate.The research explores work and practice in perspectives of constructing highly qualified teaching faculty,high standards of theoretical teaching,targeted practice and work placement,improvement of overall competence,and effective guidance on employment.The work summarizes the effective measurements of achieving 100% employment rate of graduates in School of Software Engineering,Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in perspectives of theory and practice.
