泰州口岸出入境人员检出梅毒230例分析

摘　　要：目的了解泰州口岸出入境人员梅毒感染情况,为控制和预防梅毒提供科学依据。方法收集2000-2010年泰州口岸出入境人员中检出的梅毒感染者,根据流行病学调查结果进行分析。结果从76600名出入境人员中检出梅毒230例,感染率为0.3%,全部接受流行病学调查。结论提示我们要进一步做好出入境人员的梅毒预防和宣传教育工作,提高出入境人员的自我防范意识,进一步加强出入境人员的梅毒检测和后续管理工作。Objective：Through analyzing the Syphilis infection of entry-exit people at Taizhou Port,provide reference to control and prevent the Syphilis infection. Methods Collect Syphilis infective condition of 76600 entry-exit people between 2000 and 2010,analysis by the results of epidemiology inquiry. Results 230 Syphilis infected people were found out in 76600 entry-exit people,Infection rat was 0.3%. All of them were received epidemiology inquiry. Conclusion Health education and behavioral intervention of syphilis prevention should be enhanced in order to prevent the further spreading among entry-exit people,boost their self-prevent consciousness,strengthen the inspection and surveillance of syphilis to entry-exit people.
