自我效能感和社会支持对产后抑郁的影响

摘　　要：目的研究自我效能感和社会支持对产后抑郁的影响。方法对273名产妇应用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和一般自我效能感量表(GSES)进行问卷调查。对收集到的数据运用SPSS11.5进行t检验、相关分析和多元逐步回归分析。结果 1产后抑郁的发病率为23.1%;2产后抑郁组和正常组产妇在自我效能感和社会支持总分以及主观支持、客观支持和利用度上均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);3产妇的自我效能感、社会支持总分、主观支持、客观支持和支持利用度与产妇的抑郁情绪存在显著负相关(r=-0.329,-0.232,-0.238,-0.212,-0.301);自我效能感与社会支持总分、主观支持、客观支持和支持利用度存在显著正相关(r=0.530,0.439,0.344,0.325);4自我效能感和主观支持进入抑郁的回归方程,它们能解释产后抑郁情绪发生的39.1%。结论自我效能感和社会支持中的主观支持是影响产后抑郁形成的关键因素。Objective To study the impact of self-efficacy and social support on postpartum depression.Methods A total of 273 cases of postpartum women were estimated by Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale（EPDS）, Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） and General Self-efficacy Scale（GSES）.With the SPSS11.5,T-test,correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out for the collected data.Results ① Totally 23.1% of postpartum women suffered from depression. ②There were significant differences in postpartum depression group and normal group in maternal self-efficacy,social support scores and subjective support, objective support and the avail ability.③There was a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy,social support,subjective support,objective support,avail ability and depression of postpartum.（r=-0.329,-0.238,-0.212,-0.301）.The self-efficacy was positively related to social support;and the same to objective support and avail ability（r=0.530,0.439,0.344,0.325）. ④Self-efficacy and subjective support entered the regression equation of depression and could explain the 39.1% percent variance.Conclusion Self-efficacy and social support are important factors for Postpartum depression.
