高效液相色谱法测定咳愈口服液巾愈创木酚甘油醚、右美沙芬等四组分的含量

摘　　要：目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定咳愈口服液中马来酸氯苯那敏、盐酸甲基麻黄碱、愈创木酚甘油醚、氢溴酸右美沙芬的含量。方法：色谱柱：Agilent C8柱，流动相为甲醇-磷酸二氢钾溶液（20mmol／L．pH3.0）=35：65．检测波长220nm。结果：马来酸氯苯那敏在1.275-12．75μg／ml，盐酸甲基麻黄碱在14．0～140μg／ml，愈创木酚甘油醚在63.0-630μg／ml，氢溴酸右美沙芬在18.75～187．5μg／ml范围内，均有良好的线性关系。平均回收率分别为100.6％．99.2％，99．4％．98.9％。结论：本法简便，准确．重现性好，可用于咳愈口服液的质量控制。Objective： An HPLC method for determination of chlorphenamine maleate, methylephedrine hydrochloride, guaifenesin and dextromethorphan hydrobromide in Keyu oral solution was established. Methods： The chromatographic conditions were as follows： Agilent Cs column, methanol-20mmol/L phosphate buffer solution （pH 3.0） （35：65） as the mobile phase and UV detector at 220 nm. Results： The calibration curve were linear in the range of 1.275-12.75μg/ml for chlorphenarnine maleate, 14.0-140μg/ml for methylephedrine hydrochloride, 63.0-630μg/ml for guaifenesin and 18.75-187.5μg/ml for dextromethorphan hydrobromide. The average recoveries were 100.6%, 99.2%, 99.4%, 98.9% respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reliable for the quality control of Keyu oral solution.
