摘　　要："创业"已成为研究型大学的一项新的学术任务,大学的服务社会功能进一步深化。走出象牙塔、走向社会的大学,面临着诸多考验,大学的学术生态环境恶化,学术不端事件频发,严重抑制大学服务社会功能的实现。文章提出了研究型大学"学术生态"建设的举措:建立现代大学制度;重塑评价机制;建立有效的激励原则。Entrepreneurship has become a new academic mission of the research university. The University＇s service function is further deepened. The University is faeeing many challenges, when it come out of the ivory tower and into the society. Academic environment deterioration and academic misconduct seriously inhibit the fulfillment of the function of universities to serve the community. This paper puts forward the measures of building up the academic ecosystem.
