摘 要:讨论高分子溴系阻燃剂和三氧化二锑对PET合金材料性能和相结构的影响。结果表明:溴化环氧树脂和三氧化二锑的加入降低了PET合金材料的热稳定性;垂直燃烧结果表明:溴-锑协同阻燃使PET达V-0级;溴化环氧树脂的加入使PET的结晶度降低,而三氧化二锑的加入增加了PET的结晶度;溴化环氧树脂和三氧化二锑的加入均提高PET合金的拉伸强度和模量;DSC和SEM结果表明:PET与溴化环氧树脂的相容性较差,使回收PET合金的缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率显著下降。The influence of macromolecule brominated flame retardant and antimony trioxide on properties and phase structure of PET alloy was studied. Results showed that the thermostability of PET alloy was decreased by adding brominated epoxy resin and antimony trioxide. Vertical combustion showed that PET alloy reached V-O level for the synergistic effect of brominate-antimony. The degree of crystallization of PET alloy was decreased by adding brominated epoxy,while the degree of crystallization was increased with the addition of antimony trioxide. Both of them increased the strength and modulus of PET alloy,while the toughness of the alloy turned worse. DSC and SEM results demonstrated the compatibility between PET and brominated epoxy resin was weak, which made the notch impact strength and elongation at break of the alloy decrease significantly.
