滚塑成型工艺的现状及其发展

摘　　要：介绍一种传统塑料中空制品的加工工艺——滚塑成型工艺,滚塑成型技术具有注塑、挤出等成型加工方法所不具备的优点,作为注塑、挤出成型技术的有效补充近年来发展迅速,但是滚塑成型工艺本身仍然具有相当大的发展潜力。从工艺过程、特点、应用、发展现状、趋势等方面对滚塑成型技术进行介绍,重点介绍滚塑成型技术的应用以及发展现状、发展趋势,简要滚塑成型技术的成型工艺原理、特点。A traditional plastic hollow molding technology,the rotational molding process is demonstrated. This technology has a lot of advantages which the injection molding and extrusion molding don＇t have . Though the rotational molding process technology has been developed rapidly as an effective complement to the injection molding and extrusion molding, it has great development potential. The technology principle, particular points, application and development status at home and abroad are mainly introduced. It is focused on the application and development status while the technology principle, particular points are introduced approximately.
