成膜剂对黑色金属防锈水防锈性能的影响

摘　　要：选取无水碳酸钠与三乙醇胺复配和无水碳酸钠与亚硝酸钠复配作为缓蚀剂。选取田菁胶、香豆胶、混合醇复合成膜剂等作为成膜剂。通过相容性和成膜性分析,筛选出了11种防锈水配方。大气暴露试验和湿热试验结果表明,成膜剂也对防锈水的防锈性能有较大影响,缓蚀剂与成膜剂的优化组合才能获得较好的防锈效果。本试验获得较好的防锈水配方为:复合成膜剂1%、亚硝酸钠6%、无水碳酸钠0.4%。Using compounds of anhydrous sodium carbonate and triethanolamine or anhydrous sodium carbonate and sodium nitrite as corrosion inhibitor,and sesbania gum,fenugreek gum,mixed alcohol and so on as filmogen,the eleven kinds of formulas were selected by analyzing the compatibility and film forming ability.The results of atmospheric exposure test and da（？）p heat test showed that the effect of filmogen on antirust property of antirust water was considerable.The optimal formula of antirust water was composed of 1%compound filmogen,6%sodium nitrite and 0.4%anhydrous sodium carbonate.
