摘　　要：西部战略性产业是国民经济基础性或先导性产业,其集群化发展较为滞后,且布局不均衡,存在产业链延伸不够、产业关联度低,大型企业聚合力不强,生产服务链不完善,科技的支撑力弱等问题。应从强力打造复合产业集群、强化核心龙头企业的带动力、完善西部产业集群化发展的支持体系等方面发展西部战略性产业集群。Western strategic industry is the basic or pilot industry of the national economy,whose development of cluster lags behind and layout is unbalanced.There are problems such as extension of industrial chain is not enough,industrial linkage is low,large enterprises cohesion is not strong,the production service chain is imperfect,support of science and technology is weak and so on.We should develop the western strategic industry clusters from following aspects： creating a strong industry cluster,strengthening the core driving force of leading enterprises,improving the support systems of development of western industrial clusters.
