摘 要:以知识为源泉的知识服务能力是图书情报行业走向未来的根本驱动,决定着知识服务机构的资源转化和服务绩效。本文从能力内涵出发,结合图书情报机构的工作特点,借助能力理论探讨了图书情报机构知识服务能力研究的意义,界定图书情报机构知识服务能力的定义,分析知识服务能力的特征,提出了知识服务能力构建的思路和总体结构。在此基础上,以图书情报机构知识服务流程为主线,将图书情报机构知识服务能力可表达的内容分辨为获取能力、吸收能力、创新能力和服务应用能力四个构成部分。最后具体论证了各个子能力的内涵、依赖的流程,提炼出主要影响因素。Knowledge-based knowledge service capabilities is the fundamental driver of library and information field in the future,determine the resource conversion and service performance of knowledge services sector.Starting from the ability, combination of work characteristics of library and information institution,with competence theory,this paper explores the significance of studying,defines the definition of knowledge service capabilities in the library and information institutions,analyzes the characteristics of knowledge service capabilities,and proposes the thought and general structure of knowledge service capabilities construction.Based on these,with knowledge service in the field of library and information as the main line,the contents that can be expressed by knowledge service capacity in the library and information institutions are distinguished as acquisition capability,absorptive capability,innovation capability and service application capability.Finally,the connotation, dependent process and main influencing factors are demonstrated concretely.
