黄壤土基烧结剥离型铸铁涂料工艺性能的研究

摘　　要：以黄壤土粉、矿渣粉为耐火粉料,添加膨润土、硅溶胶作为悬浮剂和粘结剂,制备出一种烧结剥离型水基铸铁涂料,并对这种涂料的工艺性能进行了研究。涂料性能试验结果表明:这种涂料具有良好悬浮性、流变性和曝热抗裂性等性能;涂刷和浇注试验结果表明,这种涂料具有良好的涂刷性,在浇注和凝固过程中,涂层形成易剥离的致密烧结壳,用其浇注的铸件具有尺寸精度高,表面光洁等特点。In this paper,a kind of stripped coating for iron casting was prepared,and the technological properties of the coating were studied.In the coating,yellow loam powder and slag powder are used as refractory powder,and bentonite and silica sol are added as suspending agent and binder,respectively.The results show that the technological properties including suspension property,rheology and crack-resistance,etc.,are excellent,and smooth surface of the coatings can be obtained.
