摘　　要：高校图书馆学科馆员制度在实施过程中遇到了各种挑战,文章主要介绍了来自外部机制的障碍,包括协调机制、保障机制以及人才教育培训制度的缺位,并对此提出对应的策略。参考文献12。The implementation of subject librarian system in academic library is confronted with all kinds of challenges.This paper mainly introduces the barriers from the external mechanism,including the vacancy of the coordination mechanism,the safeguard mechanism and the talented person educational training system and proposes the corresponding strategy.12 refs.
