摘　　要：（2010年11月9日）各位委员、同志们：这次科技委年会是在＂十一五＂即将结束、＂十二五＂即将开始的情况下,总局决定召开的一次重要会议,主要任务是：总结＂十一五＂时期广播影视科技工作,分析面临的形势,研究和探讨＂十二五＂广播影视科技和事业发展的思路,研究在新的历史时期广播影视科技发展如何实现战略转型,推动广播影视大发展大繁荣。The 4th Meeting of the 8th Science and Technology Committee of SARFT was held on 2010-11-09.At this meeting,Zhang Haitao,deputy director of SARFT,summed up the achievements of radio,film and TV technology and career in the Eleven Five-year period,analyzed the current situation,clarified the development ideas and put forward some requests to the Science and Technology Committee.The entire content of the speech is published in this paper for everyone to learn and understand.
