摘 要:简介了振动穿流床煤炭干燥中间试验.试验表明,振动穿流床煤炭干燥可使50~6mm煤炭外水由5.80%降为1.11%,使50~0mm煤炭外水由10.0%降为1.97%,进一步验证了该技术具有快速均匀干燥的特点.基于中试结果提出了部分废气循环的煤炭干燥系统及其设计计算方法.设计实例表明:与无废气循环干燥系统相比,该系统可节煤18.33%,节电13.9%,且可降低系统内的氧气浓度。A pilot test on coal drying in a hotgas penetrating vibration bed is briefly introduced. The test results show that the coal surface moisture of 50 ̄6 mm size fraction can be reduced from 5.80% to 1.11%, and that of 50 ̄0 mm size fraction from 10.0% to 1.97%, thus further proving that this drying technique has characteristics of fast and homogenous drying. According to the pilot test results, a new coal drying system with part exhaust gas circulation and its design method are put forward. The calculating results of an industrial system show that this new coal drying system has advantages of saving fuel and electricity. In addition, it is safe due to reduction of oxygen content inside the system.
