摘 要:韦一矿斜井井筒处于典型的复合顶板条件下,针对原来的钢骨架和混凝土联合支护方式,为了提高施工速度、降低工程造价,在分析围岩破坏方式的基础上,以控制岩层下沉变形为目标,将原来的支护方式变更为锚网喷+锚索联合支护方式,锚杆长度2200mm,锚索长度7500mm,该支护方式能够有效控制顶板的下沉变形,将施工速度由原来的不到50m/月提高到90m/月,单位工程节省投资达38.9%。The mine inclined shaft in Weiyi Mine was under the condition of a typical complex roof.According to the previous steel bar frame and concrete combined support method,in order to improve the construction speed and reduce the project cost,based on the analysis on the surrounding rock failure mode,to control the strata subsidence deformation as the target,the previous support method was changed to bolting-steel mesh-shotcreting support and anchor combined support method,the length of bolt was 2 200 mm and the length of anchor was 7 500 mm,the roof subsidence deformation could be effectively controlled.The construction speed was improved from previous less 50 m/month to 90 m/month.The saving of the unit investment project reached to 38.9%.
