摘 要:分析了焦油蒸馏之后残留的多环芳烃的黑色稠状物煤沥青作为针状焦原料的基础条件;研究了煤系针状焦原料煤沥青中间相的生成机理及成焦过程;讨论了国内外煤系针状焦的生产工艺及国内针状焦工艺存在的不足;并对比分析了国内外不同生产工艺生产的煤系针状焦产品的微观结构差异,造成此微观差异的主要是因为国内原料预处理没有充分脱除喹啉不溶物,以致阻碍了中间相的充分发展,在固化成焦的过程中,温度和时间没有得到有效控制。因此相对于国外针状焦的质量,国内煤系针状焦的生产工艺和质量还需发展和提高。The paper analyzed the black dense coal tar pitch of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon from the tar distillation as the basic conditions of the needle coke,studied the formation mechanism and coking process of the raw material coal tar pitch middle phase for the coal base needle coke and discussed the disadvantages existed in the production techniques of the coal base needle coke at home and abroad and the domestic needle coke production technique.The paper compared and analyzed the micro structure differences of the coal base needle coke products produced with the different production techniques at home and abroad.The micro structural difference was mainly caused by the insoluble matter of quinoline not fully been removed during the pretreatment of the domestic raw material and thus the full development of the middle phase was hindered.During the solidified coking process,the temperature and time was not effectively controlled.Therefore in comparison with the quality of the overseas needle coke,the production technique and quality of the domestic coal base needle coke shall be developed and improved.
