丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑血栓临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑血栓椎基底动脉系统供血不足的疗效。方法回顾性分析我们于2008年4月至2009年10月期间收治的60例脑血栓椎基底动脉系统供血不足患者的临床资料,将60例脑血栓椎基底动脉系统供血不足患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组32例,采用丹参川芎嗪注射液进行治疗;对照组28例,采用一般的血塞通注射液进行治疗。结果治疗组对脑血栓症状的缓解效果非常明显,总有效率达到了90.6%,而对照组总有效率只有78.6%。丹参川芎嗪注射液能够有效地改善椎动脉和基底动脉的血流速度。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑血栓椎基底动脉系统供血不足具有明显的疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection solution in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis/vertebrobasilar ischemia.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with cerebral thrombosis/vertebrobasilar ischemia treated in our hospital from April 2008 to October 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.The cases were randomly divided into treatment group（32 cases） treated with salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection solution and control group（28 cases） treated with Xuesaitong.Results Obvious relief of symptoms reached 90.6% in treatment group while it was only 78.6% in control group indicating salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection solution can effectively improve the flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery.Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection solution is effective for the treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemia.
