摘　　要：胶原蛋白具有良好的物理性能和生物学特性,在生物材料和医学领域有着广泛的应用。胶原贴敷料在治疗寻常型痤疮、面部过敏性皮肤病、面部烧伤创面愈合中的运用以及在面部激光、光子治疗术后修复及护理中广泛运用。许多研究工作证实,胶原贴敷料在上述临床运用中有良好的治疗效果,在美容皮肤科的治疗和护理中值得推广应用。Collagen has good physical properties and biological characteristics,and it has been widely used in biomaterial and domain of medical sciences.Collagen dressing has been used for treatment of acne vulgaris,allergic skin diseases of face,healing wound of patients with burn and repair and nursing care of facial lesions caused by treatment with laser and intensive pulsed light.It is applicable in treatment of skin pigmentation patients with burn by collagen sheets especially in the early stage of disease.The clinical application of collagen is based on scientific evidence,and it is easy to be applied with good efficacy.Therefore it is worthy to be popularized and applied in skin cosmetology.
