摘 要:为探索聚合物驱采出水对生物体的遗传毒性,从而对油田聚合物驱采出水的污染程度进行判定,从2007年2月到2009年12月,采集油田聚合物区块联合站的来水、一沉水、二沉水、外输水、杀菌水的水样,用双蒸水稀释至100%(母液)、75%、50%、25%,以0.5%的甲基磺酸乙酯(Ethyl Methane Sulfonate,EMS)溶液为阳性对照,双蒸水为阴性对照,利用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术,对聚合物驱油采出水的遗传毒性进行跟踪分析。结果表明,大庆油田某聚驱采油区块的采出水,100%(母液)污染指数为3.9~5.1,75%的稀释液污染指数为3.6~5.4,50%稀释液污染指数为2.5~4.7,25%稀释液污染指数为2.2~3.9。聚驱采出水普遍具有中度到重度的遗传毒性效应,对油田周边环境构成较严重威胁。To explore the genetic toxicity of the organism to polymer flooding in oilfield produced water to determine the extent of pollution, biological monitoring for the oil field environment to provide a reference potential threat of oilfield environment is the degree of purification of polymer flooding proposed produced water proposal. From February 2007 to December 2009, collecting the sample of the tap water , sink water, two submerged, external water , disinfection of water in oil block co-polymer station. Diluted with doubled distilled water to set 100% (mother liquor), 75%, 50%, 25% of four concentrations of 0.5 % of ethyl methane sulphonate (ethyl methane sulfonate, EMS) solution as a positive control, distilled water as a nega- tive control. We made use of micronucleus test technique of Vicia faba foot tip cell to analyse the genetic toxicity of the produced water in oilfield by the use of polymer flooding. The result showed that a polymer flooding in Daqing oil field produced water oil blocks, 100% (liquor) pollution index for the 3.9 to 5.1; 75% dilution pollution index is 3.6 to 5.4; 50% dilution pollution index of 2.5 to 4.7; 25% of the diluted liquid pollution index from 2.2 to 3.9. Concluded that great attention must be paid because of serious threats on oilfield environment.
