摘 要:高瓦斯突出煤层预抽瓦斯消突是突出矿井煤巷掘进前的主要技术措施。由于我国煤矿煤层透气性低,原始煤层预抽瓦斯效果差,抽放时间长。为提高低透气性高瓦斯突出煤层的抽采瓦斯消突效果,在潘三煤矿1271(3)运顺进行了底板穿层钻孔水力压裂强化抽采瓦斯消突试验。介绍了穿层钻孔水力压裂抽采钻孔的布孔设计、压裂工艺及压裂增透抽采瓦斯消突效果。结果表明,水力压裂技术有效扩大了钻孔抽采瓦斯半径,提高了抽采瓦斯消突效果,解决了高突煤层煤巷掘进的突出威胁,提高了煤巷掘进速度。Enhanced gas drainage by cross-measure boreholes is the main technique of gas outburst prevention in the coal roadway excavation. Due to the low permeability, long time operation and poor effect of gas drainage for coalbeds in China, an experiment of hydraulic fracture is performed by cross-measure boreholes of floor roadway in Pansan 1271(3) panel in order to improve the effect of gas drainage. The initial pressure which value should be greater than the stress of overlying rock mass is calculated according to the theory of hydraulic fracture. The maximum value is compatible with the strength of surrounding rock and coalbed. The stress state of rock has a great effect on the cracks propagation. When the cracks are produced, preferential pathways for released gas will establish like a circle network, which enhances the permeability surrounding the boreholes. Two groups of boreholes are designed to test the effect of hydraulic fracture. One is used to inspect the radius of fracture while another one is mainly applied to study the effect of drainage and make a comparison with the former group. Also, the method and procedures of hydraulic fracture are described in detail. Generally, the sealing depth of cross-measure boreholes is not less than 10 m. The results show that the application can expand the radius of gas drainage and reach a maximum value of 4 m. The performance of gas drainage is enhanced and the methane flow rate is increased by 2 3 times. The concentration of methane has been raised and the drainage rate has exceeded 25% as well. After roadway excavation, the effect of gas outburst hazard elimination is examined. As the amount of drill cuttings, initial rate of methane emission, air flow and methane concentration during roadway excavation are verified, the results have proven that hydraulic fracture can solve the gas outburst hazard and improve the speed of coal roadway advancement, in which the best record of 320 m has been created for one month drivage.
