江苏省城市社区卫生服务机构健康教育工作现状及问题分析

摘　　要：通过调查表和访谈结合的方式,对江苏省36个城市社区卫生服务机构和180名健康教育工作者开展社区健康教育工作现状的调查。针对调查结果发现,目前江苏省城市社区卫生服务机构健康教育工作已经形成一定的工作机制,但仍存在制度、多部门协作、经费、人员、工作针对性和有效性等方面的问题,需要有效的对策及时给予解决,从而充分发挥社区卫生服务机构在健康教育中的作用。Through questionnaires and interviews,36 urban community health service institutes and their 180 health education staffs were surveyed to know about the situation of health education in urban community health service in Jiangsu province.According to the analysis of the present investigation,health education in urban community health service had already founded in some way,and also had many problems that need to solve in an effective way,such as rules,multiple cooperation,funds,personnel and the work efficiency,so as to give full play to the urban community health services in health education.
