摘  要:油田地面集输及处理系统中硫化物的存在会导致原油电脱水系统运行不稳,频繁出现脱水器垮电场等现象,影响正常的安全生产。同时也会增加污水处理和污油回收的难度,使处理后含油污水水质恶化,回注地层造成地层堵塞,准确地分析采出液中的硫化物含量是制定硫化物预防、治理或控制技术方案的前提。结合常用的碘量法实验过程,针对采出液中硫化物的存在形式及特性,将库仑滴定法引入到硫化物分析领域,并在大庆外围油田典型区块集输系统沿程不同节点采出液硫化物含量测定中应用,评价了该实验方法的应用效果,并初步认识了硫化物在地面集输系统中的分布规律,为硫化物的有效治理提供了实验依据。The sulfide in the gathering transportation system and processing system of oilfield surface has caused some situations which leads to unsafe production,such as the unstable operation of electric dehydration system of crude oil and the collapse of the electric field of the electric dehydrator frequently.Also the sulfide can cause technical problem,such as increasing the difficulty of the wastewater processing and the effluent oil recovery,which leads to the reduction of water quality of oily sewage after processing,and it may causes the formation plugging when injecting.So analysis the content of sulfide in produced fluid accurately is the important precondition to make the technical plan of prevention,treatment and controlling of sulfide.Combined with the experimental process of iodimetry,according to the existing form and characteristics of sulfide in produced fluid,the coulometric titration to the analysis field of sulfide is taken.And the coulometric titration has applied at the determination of sulfide content of produced fluid of different node of the gathering transportation system of the peripheral scattered oilfields of the Daqing oilfield.Application results of the experimental method are evaluated and a preliminary understanding of the distribution law of the sulfide in the gathering transportation system of oilfield surface is acquired.The experimental basis of treating the sulfide efficiently is also provided.
