摘  要:目前有关太阳能电池的数学模型已有不少,但是大部分都太理想化和实际差距比较大。基于此讨论了满足工程应用精度且便于运算的太阳能电池数学模型。该模型的特点是仅采用生产厂家为用户提供的太阳电池组件在标准测试条件(STC)下测出的Isc、Voc、Im、Vm作为参数,通过引入相应系数来考虑光强、温度等环境影响,并给出系数的典型值。实验结果表明模型的误差一般都在6%以下,可以满足对绝大多数工程项目进行物理模拟的精度要求。Present as to a mathematical model of the solar cell,there are many,but most are too idealistic and practical gap is relatively large.Based on this,the solar cell model are discussed which can meet the project accuracy and is easy to operate.The model is characterized by only using Isc,Voc,Im,Vm with which the production factory provided the users and which are measured under the standard test conditions(STC)in solar components as a parameter.By introducing the corresponding coefficients the environmental effect such as light intensity and temperature are considered and typical coefficients are given.Experimental results show that the model error is generally below 6%,It can meet the accuracy which is needed in most of physical simulations
