摘  要:目的:观察三仁汤对脾胃湿热证大鼠肾上腺指数、血清皮质醇(Cort)及血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、β内啡肽(β-EP)的变化影响。方法:将50只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、三仁汤(高、中、低剂量)组,利用复合因素复制脾胃湿热证动物模型。通过称量法计算肾上腺指数,同时采用放射免疫法检测大鼠血清Cort和血浆ACTH、β-EP的水平。结果:模型组大鼠肾上腺指数增高,血清Cort及血浆ACTH、β-EP升高,三仁汤(高、中、低剂量)组可以降低模型组大鼠上述指标的水平(P<0.01或P<0.05),且以中剂量组效果最好。结论:脾胃湿热证大鼠神经内分泌发生异常改变,三仁汤可以调节脾胃湿热证大鼠神经内分泌功能。Objective: To study the effect of Sanren Decoction on adrenal index and serum Cort and plasma β-EP of the spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome in rats.Methods: fifty male wister rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group,model group,sanren decoction(low and medium and high dosage) groups.Adrenal index were calculated by quantified method.The levels of cortisol(Cort) in blood serum and adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),β-Endorphin(β-EP) in blood plasm in different groups were observed by RIA.Results: Compared with normal control group,the adrenal index and the concentration of Cort in serum and ACTH,β-EP in plasm of the rats in the model group increased significantly.The sanren decoction low and medium and high dosage groups can reduce the levels of adrenal index and Cort in serum and ACTH,β-EP in plasm(P 0.01 or P 0.05).And especially the medium dosage had best outcome.Conclusion: The way that establishing the model of the spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome in rats by complex factors can change neuroendocrine of the rats.Sanren decotion can effctively adjust the function of rats ’ neuroendcrine.
