养正消积胶囊对癌组织PCNA、p53蛋白表达的干预作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨养正消积胶囊对胃癌组织PCNA、p53蛋白表达的影响。方法:治疗组运用养正消积胶囊联合化疗,对照组单纯化疗,用药6个月,治疗前后均以免疫组化S-P法进行PCNA、p53的检测。结果:治疗组PCNA、p53的计数明显降低,有统计学意义。结论:养正消积胶囊能提高明显抑制PCNA、p53蛋白表达,进一步阻止逆转胃黏膜上皮的恶性表型,起到抗癌作用。Objective ： exploring Intervention of Expression of PCNA and p53 Protein in Aastric Cancer Inssure After Using Yang Zheng Xiao Ji Capsule.Metiods： Treatment groups takes Yang Zheng Xiao Ji Capsule,and at the same time,the chemotherapy is being gived.The contrast team is simply in chemotherapy in same programe.The treat time is 6 moons.Oberzerving the expressing of PCNA and p53 Protein in s-p dying,and analyzing in statisticss.Result：Counting of PCNA and p53 Protein in treatment groups is lower in statistics.Conclusion： Yang Zheng Xiao Ji Capsule effectively inhibits expression of PCNA and p53 Protein,and so effectively restrain and rever the malignant appearancetable of stomach mucosal for treating cancer.
