摘　　要：研究了地理信息系统在配电网中的应用。以ArcGIS Engine为开发平台,利用Engine强大的IGeometry接口并以Arc-GIS的空间数据库引擎(ArcGIS Sde)与Oracle数据库结合作为配电网空间数据库。对配电网信息管理系统进行了总体设计,并实现了电力设备综合查询、供电线路跟踪等功能。通过拓扑网络组件中的网络分析接口来分析出刀闸开关状态的改变对供电线路的供电情况的影响。The geographic information system application been has studied in power distribution network.Taking ArcGIS Engine as the developing platform,using the Engine＇s powerful IGeometry interface and the combination of the ArcGIS spatial databases engine（ArcGIS Sde）and the Oracle databases as the distribution network spatial databases,has carried on the general design of the distribution network information management system,and has realized the functions of the power equipment integrated inquiry and supply lines track,analyzing the knife switch on-off state change has produced the supply power situation influence to the supply lines through the network analysis interface of topological network components.
