关于罪犯职业技能教育的思考

摘　　要：罪犯职业技能教育的优劣对罪犯回归社会有重大影响。目前,我国对罪犯职业技能教育存在师资力量薄弱、教育内容偏离劳动力就业市场实际需求、教育方法不够科学以及教育时间难以保障等问题。因此,为了减少和预防罪犯重新犯罪,有必要注重师资队伍建设、教育内容应适应劳动力市场需求、教育方法得当以及教育时间充分保证。The vocational skills education for criminal has a major impact on the criminal＇ s returning to society. At present, there are weak teachers; educationai Content cleviating from the actual needs of the labor market UnsCientific education method, education time can not be guaranteed and other problems. Therefore, in order to reduce and prevent criminal recidivism, it is necessary to focus on teacher＇ s quality construction and that content of education should adapt to the needs of the labox market, perfect the education methods and guarantee appropriate education time.
