摘  要:本文采用气流仪和激光细度仪分别检测了标准毛条和实验室常见细度的羊毛纤维,对2种方法得到的结果进行差异性分析,探讨了2种测试方法是否具备可替代性。分析表明2种检测方法都符合标准要求,但2种仪器所测结果存在差异,其绝对差值随着羊毛细度的增大而增加;对较粗的羊毛纤维,激光细度仪所测结果更加接近真实值。Two fiber inspecting instruments,Airflow and Laserscan,are used to measure the wool fiber fineness And the test data of Airflow and Laserscan is studied for the possibility of substituting each other.The analysis shows that there existed a difference of fiber fineness measured by Airflow and Laserscan and that the absolute value of variance is increasing with the increase in the fiber fineness.The deviation is acceptable according to the national standard.For the wool fiber with wide diameter,the test data by Laserscan is closer to the true value.
