从台湾输入观赏鱼的风险分析及检疫管理措施

摘　　要：本文在比较研究台湾与大陆观赏鱼疫病发生情况、易感染观赏鱼种类、对行业危害程度等的基础上,经过风险识别,确认从台湾输入观赏鱼需要进行风险评估的水生动物疫病。采用定性风险评估的方法对这些水生动物疫病进行风险分析,并根据风险分析结果,提出从台湾输入观赏鱼应关注的疫情疫病名单和观赏鱼种类,以及有效降低疫情疫病传入的风险管理措施。The article compared with disease occurrence of susceptible ornamental fish species effect on the enterprises between Taiwan and the mainland,hazards to be further analyzed are recognized from ornamental fish from Taiwan through the risk identification.Risk analysis of the diseases was conducted by qualitative risk assessment methods.It proposed that the list of epidemic disease and related ornamental fish species from Taiwan should be concerned,and risk management measures be taken to reduce the introduction risk.
