论高职化工类实训场所的建设

摘　　要：针对现阶段高职化工类实训教学存在的问题和实训教学的重要性,结合学院应用化工技术专业的建设,提出了以能力目标为专业教学的核心目标,建立全新的化工类实训场所。因化学工业的特殊性指出化工类实训场所应以工程观建设,以使尽量贴近真实化工企业。以及与此相适应的教材建设、师资培养和实训场所的管理。并提出了"双师型"教师与现代化实训场所的关系及重要性,教师的"教练"能力是能否带动学生"做中学"的关键。Based on the current problems and the importance of practical teaching of chemical vocational training of college of chemical technology,combined with construction of applied chemical specialty,capacity training was the core target of teaching and a new training place should be established that were proposed.Due to the particularity of the chemical industry,the view of training places should be built close to the real chemical company so as to compatible with the teaching materials,teacher training and management training places.The relationship and its importance of the ＂double＂ teacher and modernization of training places were put forward,and the capacity of the teachers was the key of bringing students ＂doing＂.
