摘　　要：卷取炉是炉卷轧机生产线上的关键设备,通过对其存在影响卷轧的因素进行系统分析,提出对传动系统、现场检测元件和PLC程序的一系列改造方案,解决了困扰卷取轧制的问题,保证了设备的正常运行。Coiling furnace is the key equipment in steckel mill production line. Through systematic analysis of factors affecting roiling, a series of modification programs were proposed about drive system, field detection devices and PLC program. The issues of troubling coiling rolling were resolved, and normal operation of the equipment was ensured.
