设备状态监测与故障诊断在珠江钢铁生产线的实践

摘　　要：珠江钢铁的生产线是电炉加CSP短流程薄板坯连铸连轧生产线。紧凑型的生产节奏对设备运行的要求非常高。为减少故障停机,建立了设备监测与诊断系统,全面应用设备状态监测与故障诊断方法,及时发现设备已存在的问题或即将发生的隐患,及时发现设备劣化趋势并有针对性地主动进行性能恢复,最大限度地提高设备可靠性,取得了显著成效。The production line of Zhujiang Steel is EAF ＋ CSP compact thin slab continuous casting and rolling production. Requirement of compact production rhythm for equipment operation is very high. To reduce downtime, equipment monitoring and diagnosis system were established. Applying equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis method, the existing problems and imminent dangers of equipment were found in time, and the degradation trend of equipment was detected without delay. By actively carrying out performance recovery, reliability of equipment was maximized. Remarkable achievement was obtained.
