喷镁脱硫法在铸管用铁水中的改进

摘  要:永通铸管公司采用铁水喷镁脱硫工艺改善铸管用原料铁水条件,同时对喷镁脱硫效率低的原因进行分析,提出改进措施。通过采取增加脱硫前和脱硫后的铁水扒渣时间、调整镁粉载气压力与下料速度,确定合理的铁水液面高度,重新设置计算机专家系统参数等措施,提高了铁水脱硫率(平均达到了82%),满足铸管用铁水的质量要求。By adopting spray magnesium desulfurization process, the condition of cast pope used hot metal was improved. Meanwhile, improvement measures were put forward through analyzing the reasons of low efficiency of spray magnesium desulfurization. By increasing the hot metal slag before or after desuffurization, adjusting magnesium powder carrier gas pressure and feeding speed, determining reasonable molten liquid level, re-setting the parameters of computer expert system, the desulfurization rate of hot metal desulfurization was improved and reaching an average of 82%. The quality of hot metal met the requirements for cast pipe used.
