摘  要:摩托车车速传感器是摩托车控制系统的重要部件,对这类传感器的特性加以测试成为测试领域一个重要研究方向。重点阐述了基于LabVIEW开发的检测摩托车车速传感器耐久性间歇试验测试系统的设计方案及硬件组成,同时也介绍了软件设计步骤、各参数的设置等。该试验平台有效地解决了软硬件实时运行问题,能够实时调整控制参数,实现电机规定时间的连续自动停、转控制,同时可采集测试四路信号,实现了参数测试的自动化、数字化、智能化,提高了测试的效率、精度和可靠性,降低了开发周期和成本。实验结果表明,自行开发的此套测试系统能够满足摩托车传感器耐间歇试验测试工作的要求,具有良好的可靠性和可扩展性。Motorcycle wheel speed sensor is the important components of control system,and the test to the characteristics of such sensors becomes an important research direction in field.The design project and hardware of the durability test system for motorcycle wheel speed sensor based on LabVIEW ware introduced.The software design process and the parameter settings ware also introduced.The real-time problem was solved effectively on the platform.The control parameters can be adjusted real-time.the motor consecutive rotation and stop was realized automatically in specified time,at the same time four channels signals ware sampled.Parameters test automation,digital,intelligent ware realized,and the test efficiency,accuracy and reliability ware improved,development cycle and cost reduced.The results show that this set of self-developed test system could meet the testing requirements of motorcycle wheel speed sensor,which took on the good reliability and scalability.
