摘  要:目的探讨下丘脑对血管调控的路径。方法将18只Wistar大鼠分成实验组和对照组,实验组12只,对照组6只。实验组行手术切断漏斗,对照组行手术暴露但不切断漏斗,手术后2d,两组动物移至同一条件下饲养,存活30d后用1%多聚甲醛+1.25%戊二醛液从心脏灌流固定,取主动脉作光、电镜观察。结果切断下丘脑与垂体的联系后,血管内皮细胞变性,细胞核肿胀,内皮下层增厚并出现许多大小不一的空泡,肌内皮连结受到破坏,受损处可见胶原纤维增生;对照组血管壁结构完整,没有发现任何病理变化。结论血管内膜的完整性依赖于下丘脑的正常调控。Objective\ This paper aimed at exploring ischemic preconditioning(IPC) effect of exogenous preadenosine(adenine sulphate)by means electron microscopy of succinic dehydrogenase(SDH) to provide some experimental data for non injury IPC method.Methods\ 24 male SD rats,weighting 200 300g,were divided into 4 groups,each of which consists of 6 rats.They are normal control group(Ⅰ group);ischemic/reperfusion group(Ⅱgroup);ischemic preconditioning group(Ⅲ group,Murry method)and adenine sulphate preconditioning group(Ⅳ group).After finishing the operation the myocardium of left ventricle was frozen sectioned and demonstrated SDH activity with Nitro BT method.The electron microscopic samples for SDH activity were prepared according to ferrocyanide copper of Ogawa.The activity of SDH was divided into 4 scales based on Niles classification.Results\ The result indicated that as compared with group Ⅰ the injury on mitochondria and the decrease on SDH activity were the most serious in group Ⅱ,but is diminished greatly in group Ⅳ.The changes of group Ⅲ is between the two groups above.Conclusion\ The data suggested that injection of exogenous adenine sulphate into rats showed the anti injury in myocardium caused by ischemic/reperfusion,which is similar to the effect of ischemic preconditioning.
