大鼠心脏腺苷预处理琥珀酸脱氢酶电镜细胞化学的变化

摘　　要：目的以外源性腺苷前质——硫酸腺嘌呤注入大鼠，通过琥珀酸脱氢酶（ＳＤＨ）电镜细胞化学的变化，探讨预处理效应。方法实验采用体重为２００～３００ｇ雄性ＳＤ大鼠２４只，分４组，每组６只，即正常对照组（Ⅰ组）；缺血再灌组（Ⅱ组）；缺血预处理组（Ⅲ组，按经典的Ｍｕｒｒｙ法）；硫酸腺嘌呤预处理组（Ⅳ组）。按Ｎｉｔｒｏ－ＢＴ法显色制作ＳＤＨ光镜标本，按小川的亚铁氰化铜法制作电镜标本。光镜观察ＳＤＨ活性参照Ｎｉｌｅｓ法分为４级。结果Ⅰ组ＳＤＨ活性和心肌结构相对正常；Ⅱ组ＳＤＨ活性降低明显，线粒体损伤严重；Ⅳ组近于Ⅰ组；Ⅲ组界于Ⅰ、Ⅳ组之间。Objective\ To research the mechanism of region differences in nasopharyngeal neoplasm development.Methods\ The state of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) expression in the human nasopharyngeal mucosal epithelium was investigated by means of immunohistochemical method and image analysis technique.Results\ The PCNA labeling index of the nasopharyngeal epithelium and the distribution of PCNA positive cells in the nasopharyngeal epithelium changed with the stages of development and the sites of the nasopharynx,and that the PCNA labeling index of the mucosal epithelia of the roof and lateral walls in the adult nasopharynx was comparatively higher than that of the others,which was consistent with the susceptible sites of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Conclusions\ It suggested that the proliferating activity of epithelial cell populations among the different regions of human nasopharynx was different,and that the site susceptivity of nasopharyngeal neoplasm development might be related to the difference of the proliferating activity of epithelial cell populations.
