ICU实施标准化护理床旁交接班考评系统的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨ICU标准化护理床旁交接班考评系统临床应用。方法采用ICU实施标准化护理床旁交接班考评系统，分别收集传统的床旁交接班模式（观察组）与标准化床旁交接班模式（实验组）下护理质量考评结果，并进行对比分析。结果观察组记录286次（286个床单元），交接班质量不符合规范要求253项，存在241项护理安全隐患。实验组记录288次（288个床单元），交接班质量不符合规范要求84项，存在安全隐患18项，两组对照比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论ICU护士实施标准化护理床旁交接班考评系统明显提高了床旁交接班的质量，减少了护理安全隐患。Objective To explore its clinical application effects of the standardized nursing bedside shift relief appraisal system at ICU. Methods An assessment was conducted on records collected from two groups - control group （normal shift procedure） and experiment group （standardized nursing bedside shift relief appraisal）. Results In 286 records obtained from control group, 253 items were found unqualified while 84 items were found in 288 records of experiment group. There was a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The standardized nursing bedside-Shift appraisal system in ICU helps a great deal to improve qualifies of the service.
