摘 要:目的了解人类海马结构神经元的发育。方法用免疫组织化学方法观察了16~38周人胎海马结构内小白蛋白免疫反应性(PV-IR)神经元的分布和发育。结果PV-IR神经元最早见于23周海马结构内,主要位于下托和CA1区的锥体细胞层和多形层(始层),以下托为主。24周开始,PV-IR神经元数量逐渐增加,大多位于下托和CA1区锥体细胞层/多形层交界处附近,少数见于CA2。直至38周,CA3和齿状回内才可见到少量PV-IR神经元。含PV-IR神经元均为非锥体细胞,它们的染色强度和突起的数量与长度随着胎龄增大而增加。结论海马结构内PV-IR神经元出现的早晚与该细胞分化成熟的早晚密切相关。Objective\ To investigate the Distribution and development of parvalbumin immunoreactive (PV IR) neurons in the hippocampal formation of human fetuses at 16 38 weeks.Methods Immunohistochemistry technique.Results PV IR neurons were first detected in the hippocampal formation at 23 weeks.They mainly distributed in the stratum pyramidale and stratum oriens of the subiculum and CA1 with the majority in the subiculum.After 24 weeks,the number of PV IR neurons gradually increased.The majority of PV IR neurons were found in the subiculum and CA1 and few in CA2.They concentrated at the border region between the stratum pyramidale and stratum oriens.A few PV IR neurons were seen in CA3 and the dentate gyrus until 38 weeks.It was also found that all PV IR neurons were nonpyramidal cells.The staining intensity,and the number and length of the processes of PV IR neurons increased with ages.Conclusion The results indicate that in the hippocampal formation,the appearance of PV IR neurons is well related to the differentiation and maturaiton of the cells.
