摘　　要：目的观察睾丸切除后猪舌下腺表皮生长因子（ＥＧＦ）的改变。方法应用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ方法。结果阉猪和未阉猪舌下腺组织ＥＧＦ的免疫染色颗粒均存在于舌下腺纹状管上皮细胞，其阳性率、免疫组织化学染色强度及在腺体细胞的分布均无显著性差异（χ２＝０，Ｐ＝１）。结论睾丸缺失对舌下腺组织ＥＧＦ表达无明显影响。Objective\ To study the effect of orchiectomy on expression of epidermal growth factor(EGF) in sublingual gland of hog and pig. Method\ Using immunohistochemical ABC method. Results\ EGF positive granule existed in cytoplasm of the epithelial cell of striated duct of sublingual gland in hog and pig, and there were no significative difference( χ 2=0,P=1 ) of EGF immunostaining intensity and distribution between them. Conclusion\ The absence of testis do not exert an influence on EGF expression in sublingual gland of hog.
