摘　　要：节能降耗的深入推进促使合同能源管理节能机制得到蓬勃发展。介绍了合同能源管理节能机制，并对其在首秦公司的引进、创新和应用进行了详细论述，对其他公司节能工作的开展具有一定借鉴意义。Energy Management Contracts has developed expeditiously with special attention of the energy-saving. This article introduces Energy Management Contracts and sets forth the introduction, the invention and the application of Energy Management Contracts in Shouqin Metal Materials Co.
