精神科病房气氛的量化测评分析

摘　　要：目的 了解我国精神科病房气氛的相关特征,为研究病房环境气氛对精神疾病康复的影响及其策略提供依据.方法 运用病房气氛量表对某精神病医院117例患者和90名护上进行测评,调查其所在病房的气氛特征.结果 精神科病房气氛得分平均为（27.27±4.37）分,分值居于前3位的因子是参与因子、支持因子和自发因子.儿童病房在个人因子,自发因子和量表总分上得分高于老年病房、成人男病房和成人女病房.护士在控制因子、计划因子和支持因子的评分要高于患者.结论 所调查的精神科病房气氛总体评分较好,个别方面尚需进一步改善;不同病房类型之间以及护患之间在病房气氛的评分方面存在显著差异.Objective To assess the wards atmosphere of psychiatric department for further research and to provide the reference for the use of quantitative tool of ward atmosphere. Methods Evaluate 117 patients and 90 nurses by wards atmosphere scale for a ward atmosphere of mental hospital. Results The mean score of psychiatric ward atmosphere is （27.27 ± 4.37 ）, participating factor, supporting factor and spontaneous factor have high score. Children＇s ward in individual factor, spontaneous factor and the total score is higher than adult ward. Nurses in the control factor, planning and supporting factor score higher than patients. Conclusions The survey of psychiatric ward overall score good atmosphere, but some aspects should be further improved, there were significant differences between different wards and between nurses and patients in the scores of wards atmosphere.
