摘  要:目的 通过规范的健康教育提高2型糖尿病患者的自我效能,使患者树立健康信念,提高自我管理能力,减轻其心理负担,控制血糖,以降低糖尿病急慢性并发症的发生率.方法 对96例糖尿病患者针对个体特点进行健康教育,即有计划、有目的地合理干预,进行自我效能训练.结果 干预后患者的自我效能、自我管理水平有了明显提高,血糖得到有效控制,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 自我效能是健康行为改变最佳的提示因子,通过健康教育干预患者的自我效能,可以帮助其更加注重提高自我管理行为,建立院外健康行为模式,积极控制疾病,提高生活质量.Objective To improve self-efficacy of community patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM)through stan dard health education. Therefore, it help patients set up healthy belief, increase ability of self management, reduce psychological burden, control blood glucose level and decrease the incidence ratet of acute and chronic complications of type 2 DM. Methods 96 patients with diabetes were treated with personal health education including planned and rational intervention and self-efficacy training. Results After the intervention, patient selfefficacy and self management level were obviously improved and the blood glucose was controlled effectively. The improvement has reached the statistic significance ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions Self-efficacy is the best indicator of health-related behavior change. Through the intervention of self-efficacy by health education, it could make the patients raise the ability of the self-management, establish out-hospital health behavior model, control the disease positively and improve life quality.
