术中高场强磁共振手术围手术期的安全管理

摘　　要：目的 通过规范术中高场强磁共振（IMRI）手术围手术期护理的安全管理,确保术中高场强磁共振手术的安全实施.方法 手术室为确保术中高场强磁共振手术的安全实施,进行了专科护理人员的培训和模拟训练,制定核磁手术的安全查对流程和应急预案.结果 2009年2-12月共安全完成了术中核磁手术195台,诊断室扫描547例次,未出现任何护理安全问题.结论 通过对专科手术间护理人员的培训和模拟训练、制定核磁手术的安全查对流程和应急预案,确保了手术的顺利实施.Objective To normalize the safety management of IMRI operation and ensure the safe implementation of intraoperative high field IMRI operation. Methods Nurses for special course had been educated and performed simulation training. The safety checking procedure for IMRI operation and emergency plans were also carried out. Results 195 IMRI operations have been performed safely from February 2009 to December 2009 and 547 patients have been scanned for diagnosis without any nursing safety problem.Conclusions It was important for ensuring successful operation to performing education and simulation training in nurses in special wards and carrying out safety checking procedure for IMRI operation and emergency plans.
